Herbal Teas

Herbal tea, also known as tisanes, are made from steeping herbs, flowers, spices, or dried fruit in water. Herbal tea is easy to brew and doesn’t need to be as precise as making regular tea like black or green tea. Herbal tea doesn’t get bitter like black or green tea does when you steep it longer. If you want a stronger brew, steep it for longer.

Real tea, like black tea and green tea, are made from leaves from the camellia sinensis plant, and they all contain caffeine. HERBAL TEA IS CAFFEINE-FREE!

Below are some cozy and comforting tea herbal recipes to try. Herbs have medical properties so be sure to research or seek the advice of a herbalist when using for medical purposes.
