A micro wedding or pop up wedding is an intimate and personalized celebration of marriage, typically featuring a small guest list, usually ranging up to 20 people. Unlike large traditional weddings, this wedding style focuses on creating a meaningful and memorable experience with close family and friends.
What your pop up wedding at the Herb Garden includes:
Sunday Afternoons Available 2pm-9pm
Private venue for 7 hours
A quiet prep room for pre-ceremony use
Ceremony with an officiant
Professional photographer for wedding and portrait session (2hrs)
Herb Garden decor pieces (ceremony seating, arch, signing table, card box, post wedding seating)
Post wedding toast with guests (alcoholic and non alcoholic drink option)
Charcuterie for guests (individual guest cups for mingling plus refill station)
A scheduled in person venue visit prior to wedding
TIMELINE
2 pm -Arrive on site add minor decor pieces if needed
3 pm -Getting ready
4 pm -Guests arrive
4:30 pm -Ceremony
5 pm- Photo sessions
5 pm- Guests mingle with lite bites (charcuterie cups)
6:30 pm -Speeches, Toast, First dance
9 pm -It’s a wrap
$5,500 plus HST
7 hour rental time
Package option WITHOUT lite bites and Prosecco Toast
